Mental Health

Hi everyone,

You may or may not have noticed that nothing new was posted.

I have to shout out to Anna Celotto, who writes over at the Ponderings of a Feral Housewife, They noticed my silence and reached out. Here is part of my email to her that sums up where I was..."You don't know how much that means to me that someone knows I was absent. It's been a bit rough just adulting day to day and every time I start to writ,e the words aren't coming. I feel like a kid who's been absent from school for too long and is too anxious to step back into the classroom." This past weekend, I got away for a weekend of training at the Adoptive and Foster Families of Maine conference. I came back smarter and more rested. :) I am ready to be back to doing what I love. Advocating and breaking the stigma that mental illness carries. Thank you for being patient with me.
