In this morning’s post Checklist from 11th House Publishing, They ask“What is best for your work and career as a writer?” I was thinking about that as I opened up an email that included this post https://aimlief.com/finding-peace-in-the-present-moment/ Obviously if I have been using the name ‘seeking serenity and harmony’ for over 11 years, I am still a work in progress. I tend to focus too much on what I am not getting done, rather on what I did get done. Then I head into a downward spiral and start comparing myself to everyone else. This holds me back from putting myself out there for fear of failure. But I need to remember that when I was a child, if I had given up when I was learning to crawl. Oh the things I would have missed out on. It takes baby steps before you can run. I borrowed this thought from Tonia Kendrick“I will take each day one at a time and make this a productive week.”

I need to stop letting fear hold me back. So here I am (again). I need to remember this line from Adrienne Hill.

Regarding AI “Because nothing can replace YOU, your personality, and your message when you put it there the right way.It doesn’t matter how many video creation bots are out there, nothing any of them can do will beat YOU and your authenticity and passion.Humans connect to humans.”~ Adrienne Hill

Though she was talking about AI bots, I need to remember I have something to offer others, My own individual experiences and insights. My own story is unique. Your story is unique. We each have something special to offer. Even if I only help one person, that is better than keeping it to myself and helping no one.

Mental Health: Self Love

, I want you take a moment and think about the last thing you did to love yourself. It's time for us to reframe our mindset when it comes to self-care. This is something we need to do on a daily basis because we give a lot of ourselves while caring for everyone else.

Writing:

This weekend I did attend Journal In a Weekend with

Write With Donna. The theme of the journal of course is “Serenity and Harmony”. Then I realized I should probably focus on just one or the other. But thanks to this weekend, I did get a great rough draft of Writing Your Way to Serenity & Harmony: A Reflection Journal written. What do you think, should I start out with a journal focused more on Harmony or Serenity or go for the one I put together this weekend combining both? Drop a comment and let me know your thoughts.
