From Leigh from Solara Digital Wellness, "When I started coaching, I used to lie awake at night asking myself the same questions over and over. Do I really have something to offer? Will I actually be able to help someone? What if I show up and fall flat?... So if you've ever asked yourself whether you really have what it takes, I want you to hear this: The world absolutely needs what you have to offer. Your experience. Your heart. Your commitment to helping people change their lives. And you can show up with complete confidence in your sessions when you know the content in your hands is proven, purposeful, and built for real transformation."
Last week was a reminder that healing and struggling can exist at the same time.

I’ve had moments where I thought I was moving forward—feeling a little stronger, a little more steady—and then my body shifted again. Symptoms resurfaced, energy dropped, and I found myself right back in that familiar space of trying to manage what can’t always be controlled. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re doing your best to take care of yourself and still not feeling the results you hoped for.
What I’m learning (again) is that this doesn’t mean I’m failing. I'm adapting to a new diagnosis of another invisible illness. Well a couple actually. Diabetes, Then Reactive Airway Disease and during my ER visit for those they confirmed they had some concerns about my heart. What does this mean for me? It means I’m living in a body that requires more listening, more adjusting, and more compassion than most people realize. And honestly, that kind of awareness is something I’m still learning to honor instead of fight.
If you’re in a similar place right now—feeling like your progress is slipping, or like you have to keep explaining yourself—please know you’re not alone in that. There’s nothing wrong with needing rest. There’s nothing wrong with slowing down. And there’s nothing wrong with advocating for yourself, even if your voice feels tired.
This week, I’m focusing on small things: resting when I can, speaking up when something doesn’t feel right, and letting “good enough” carry more weight than perfection. It may not look like much from the outside, but it’s still progress.
Gentle reminder: you are allowed to take up space in your healing, exactly as you are today.
